Refund policy

PALONDRÉ THE LABEL – Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Returns

  • Returns for store credit or exchange are free.

  • Returns for a refund to the original payment method will incur a $10 restocking fee (deducted from your refund).

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

  • Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are free within 14 days of delivery.

  • If your desired item is out of stock, we will issue store credit.

Final Sale Items

  • Sale items, discounted products, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Returns

  • International orders are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
